CartEcho: recover the cart. Then call the ones email missed.
Every abandoned-cart tool sends recovery emails. CartEcho also produces the call list: the carts that were never recovered, with name, phone and consent on every row, so a person can pick up the phone. It captures the shopper's email and phone before checkout is finished, sends the sequence in the shopper's language, and runs in shadow mode beside your current tool until you are ready to switch.
Three things the others do not do
Built for stores where a phone call closes the sale.
The call list
Un-recovered carts, ranked, with name, phone, consent and where each value came from. Outcomes logged from a link in the sheet, so next week's list knows who was already called.
Honest numbers
Confirmed and probable recoveries shown apart. Shoppers who came back on their own sit on a separate tile. An optional holdout group measures the lift instead of assuming it.
Shadow mode
Install it next to the tool you have. It identifies and logs, and sends nothing, until you say so. You compare the two lists before a single email changes.
Earlier capture
Checkout, welcome popup, live chat, exit intent, account login and returning devices all feed the same cart record, so a first-time abandoner with no order history is still a name and a number, not a dropped row.
The list tools throw away is the best one: first-time buyers who got as far as the cart. They have no order history to join against, so a CSV-based report drops them. CartEcho captures the name and phone as they type.
Illustrative row layout, not customer data. The real sheet is produced weekly from your own store.
And the things you expect
Everything a recovery tool has to have.
Questions
Straight answers
Does it replace CartStack, Klaviyo or CartFlows?
It is designed to run beside them first. Shadow mode logs what CartEcho would have captured and sent, you compare the lists, and you switch when the numbers say so.
Is the call list legal?
Every row shows whether the shopper gave a phone number and where. Your team calls the rows with consent; the rest stay on the email sequence. Export and erase requests are handled by the plugin.
When can I buy it?
After the pilot proves the lift. If you run a store that sells by phone and want to be an early pilot, book a call.
