Web design pricing

Web design pricing, published up front. From $1,500.

Most "web design pricing" pages end with "it depends" and a contact form. Ours doesn't. Below are the three tiers we build at, exactly what each one includes, and the one rule that governs all of them: the number you approve is the number you pay.

Launch $1,500Business $3,500Commerce $5,000Fixed-scope proposals

The three tiers

Everything each tier includes — and what it costs.

Launch — from $1,500

Hand-coded showpiece homepage plus up to 5 inner pages. Mobile-first, SEO foundations (schema, semantic HTML, clean URLs), contact form wired to your inbox, SSL and DNS handled, 30-day fix window after go-live. For a serious first website or a real replacement for a template that isn't converting.

Business — from $3,500

Everything in Launch plus a full custom design system (colors, type, components built from your brand — not a theme demo), up to 12 pages, optional bilingual EN/ES parallel build, blog and analytics setup, and a performance pass to a 90+ PageSpeed target. Our most-chosen tier for South Florida businesses that need to out-rank and out-convert competitors.

Commerce — from $5,000

Everything in Business plus a WooCommerce store for up to 50 products, payments/shipping/tax configured, transactional email set up, abandoned-cart flow, and a replatform quote if you're migrating from Shopify, Wix, or a legacy WooCommerce build. For stores where a lost second on load speed is a lost sale.

Custom scopes above these tiers get quoted the same way: fixed number, named deliverables, approved before work starts. See the full comparison on our plans section or open the deeper web design service page for scope and process.

Hourly billing rewards the wrong things. Fixed-scope pricing is a promise: the number you approve is the number you pay, and the deliverables are named in writing before a line of code ships.

01

One number, up front

You get a written proposal with the scope, the price, and the timeline. No "we'll see how it goes" and no month-three surprises.

02

Scope changes get re-quoted

If you add pages, a new integration, or a language mid-build, we quote the change in writing. Nothing is billed silently.

03

Design approved before code

You see and approve the design in high fidelity before we write a line of code. The site you sign off on is the site you launch.

04

30-day fix window after launch

Anything that doesn't work as scoped in the first 30 days is fixed at no charge. After that, edits fall under your care plan.

What moves the number

Four things decide where you land.

Page count

Five pages vs. twelve is the most obvious lever. Extra pages beyond the tier are quoted individually in the proposal, so you see the delta before you approve.

Custom design system vs. brand extension

If you already have a mature brand (colors, type, logo lockups, imagery), we extend it. If we're building the visual system from scratch, that's the Business tier and up.

Bilingual (EN/ES) build

Parallel English/Spanish content and dual URLs is a real build, not a translate widget. It adds design and content work — never a hidden line item, always quoted in the proposal.

E-commerce and integrations

A store, a booking system, a member area, or a CRM push moves you into Commerce or a custom quote. Sending a lead to a form is free; charging a card and shipping a product is not.

Content readiness quietly moves the number too. Clients who arrive with copy written and product photos ready ship faster and cheaper than clients who need us to write and shoot from scratch.

Year two and beyond

What it costs to keep it running.

A website is not a one-time purchase. Hosting, backups, updates, security, and content edits are ongoing — the question is only whether they're bundled honestly or trickled out as separate line items. Our care plans bundle all of it into one predictable monthly number. Domain renewal is the only cost billed elsewhere (by your registrar).

Care — $80/mo

Managed hosting, SSL, nightly backups, updates, security, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of monthly edits, and one published article each month. For brochure sites that need to stay fast, safe, and found.

Growth — $250/mo

Everything in Care plus 2 hours of monthly changes, traffic reporting, Google Business posts, and 2 articles per month with quarterly reviews. For active businesses actively working the market.

Commerce Care — $450/mo

Everything in Growth plus store monitoring, a staging environment, 4 hours of monthly work, 3 published articles, and product feed management. For WooCommerce stores where uptime is revenue.

There is no per-plugin licensing bill and no separate hosting invoice because the sites are hand-coded, not stitched together from paid page-builder plugins. Annual prepay gets one month free on any tier; cancel anytime.

When to spend less

When a $1,500 site isn't the right call.

We say this because we mean it: custom, hand-coded work is not the right answer for every situation, and pretending otherwise is what gives our industry a bad name. An off-the-shelf website builder or a well-chosen template is genuinely fine when the goal is one of these:

  • A placeholder for a project or event that may not exist in six months.
  • A personal site or portfolio with zero conversion pressure — no leads to capture, no products to sell.
  • A rapid MVP where the whole point is to test whether the business idea works before spending real money on a website.

Custom work pays back the moment a website has to compete — for search traffic, for leads, for orders, or for trust against real alternatives the buyer is also considering. If you're not there yet, save the money and come back when you are. If you're not sure which one describes you, tell us and we'll say so honestly on a call.

Questions

About the price, answered.

What does web design actually cost?

Launch starts at $1,500, Business at $3,500, Commerce at $5,000. Every project ships on a fixed-scope proposal — the number you approve is the number you pay. Compare the tiers on our plans section or open the full web design service page for scope detail.

Why fixed pricing instead of an hourly rate?

Hourly billing rewards slow work and hides the total. A fixed-scope proposal names the deliverables, the price, and the timeline before we start — so you can budget without surprises and we can plan the build cleanly. If scope changes mid-project, we quote the change; nothing is billed silently.

What actually moves the price up or down?

Four levers: page count, whether you need a full custom design system or a brand extension, whether the build is bilingual (parallel EN/ES), and whether e-commerce is involved. Content readiness — copy and images ready or not — quietly moves it too.

What are the ongoing costs after launch?

Hosting, backups, updates, and security are bundled into our care plans starting at $80/month — there is no separate hosting invoice. Domain renewal is billed by your registrar. That's the whole picture.

Is a template or Squarespace site ever the right call?

Sometimes — and we'll tell you when. For a placeholder site, a personal portfolio, or a rapid MVP, an off-the-shelf builder is genuinely fine. Custom work pays back when the site has to compete for search, sell, or represent a brand people compare against real alternatives.

Can I see all the tiers side by side?

Yes — the plans section on our homepage shows all three tiers with their full inclusion lists. On a free 20-minute call we'll tell you which one fits and put the number in writing.
